Sweet Seasons Farm opens on September 29th as part of the Beaches to Woodlands Tour.
October is a big month for the American Cancer Society’s fundraising efforts and Sweet Seasons is doing a part by making this years’ design say, “Give Cancer The Boot”.
On October 6th, the farm will turn pink for breast cancer awareness. They have planted a special pumpkin patch for the occasion using “porcelain doll” pumpkins that grow pink while others will be painted pink. Proceeds from the sale of the pink pumpkins will benefit the cancer society. Twenty-five cents of each pumpkin goes directly to the cancer society. The rest of the proceeds will go to the Relay For Life team that gets the most votes at the gate of the farm.
Cost for ages 3 and up: $10.00 (+tax) per person.
